Terms and conditions of applying the request:

• On weekdays (Mon-Fri) send your requests from 9:00 till 20:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 till 17:00.
• To make a request at other time, please, phone our manager on (495) 509-60-99.
• The request will be considered as urgent if it is made less than 24 hours before the departure, and also urgent are all the requests for the next day that are made after 18:00 of the current day.
• Any changes that are made to the request after its confirmation will be considered as the cancellation of the old request and placing a new one.

• cash – in our office or to the courier.
• via bank transfer – on the basis of contract or invoice.

Note:
We can book VIP-lounge service both on scheduled and charter flights. But for such airline companies as DELTA (departure),CSE (departure), Austrian Airlines (departure), Cyprus Airlines (arrival/departure) VIP-lounge service booking is not performed.
