VIP departure procedure in Pulkovo:
Time of arrival at the airport is not less than an hour before the departure. Passenger arrives at the airport and precedes to the VIP Lounge, where he checks-in for the flight. After the check-in is completed passenger is offered to make himself comfortable in the VIP lounge. After boarding announcement the passenger is accompanied to the aircraft.

After boarding announcement the agent accompanies passengers to an aircraft board on the car.
FAST Track Arrival
The agent meets the VIP passenger at the ramp with a sign «VIP». The passenger should come to the personnel and introduce himself. Then the passenger is accompanied to the Passport and Customs controls. After the procedures are completed the agent helps passenger with the luggage.
