To book a VIP-lounge service please do one of the following:

• Send your request to: vip-zal@travelmart.ru

Please put the following information in your request:

1. The full name and the citizenship of the passenger (the foreigners' names are to be spelled in Cyrillic and Latin symbols). If the passenger travels with children, each child's date of birth is a must.
2. The date of departure or arrival; the flight number; the time of departure or arrival; the itinerary.
3. The airline company.
4. The airline company.
