Turms and conditions of making climes

• The all climes are being accepted from monday to friday 9.00 a.m- 8.00 p.m and 10.00a.m - 5p.m. on Suterday
• In off-hours, Sunday and hollidays the climes are being accepted by on-duty manager (tel. +7(495)509-60-99).
• The all climes made less than in 24 hours before departure and after 6.00 p.m. of present day are matched as urgent.
• The introdution of any alterations in already confirmed clime is matched as the annulation of old clime and replacement of the new one.
